AZJ Professional Group traces its roots back to May 2022, when its founder, Javier Aneiros, began helping family and friends with their immigration applications. After assisting his first official client in May 2023, he formally established AZJ Notary Public & Immigration Services in August 2023, offering immigration and notary services.
In 2024, during the tax season for the 2023 tax year, the company expanded its scope to include tax preparation services in response to the growing needs of its clients.
As the business evolved, it transitioned to a new corporate structure, and in August 2025, it officially became AZJ Professional Group, serving as the parent company of a group of independent subsidiaries. Each subsidiary was created to provide specialized, professional, and personalized service, while maintaining the same ethics, dedication, and vision that inspired its beginnings.
Founded in 2025, AZJ Immigration Solutions continues the mission that began in 2022 under the original name AZJ Notary Public & Immigration Services—to provide accessible, ethical, and responsible assistance with immigration forms and processes.
Inspired by the personal immigration experience of its founder and supported by professional training in immigration law and paralegal studies, the company is dedicated to helping families and individuals achieve their dream of legally establishing themselves in the United States.
While not offering legal representation, AZJ Immigration Solutions focuses on the accurate preparation of immigration documentation, guided by empathy, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
AZJ Tax Solutions was established in 2025 as a natural expansion of the tax services that began in 2024 under AZJ Notary Public & Immigration Services, during the 2023 tax season.
Built on practical experience and formal education in accounting and tax studies, the company provides professional tax preparation and bookkeeping services with accuracy, transparency, and dedication.
Its mission is to simplify the tax process, provide clear guidance, and ensure that every client receives professional and personalized service grounded in ethics and community commitment.
About the Founder
Javier Aneiros
The story of AZJ Professional Group is closely connected to the life of its founder, Javier Aneiros, who was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States in 2016 in search of new opportunities. Like many immigrants, he faced the challenges of starting over and legalizing his status—becoming a permanent resident in 2018 and a U.S. citizen in 2022.
His journey into immigration services began from personal experience. In May 2022, Javier started assisting relatives and friends with their immigration applications. One year later, in May 2023, he served his first official client and in August 2023, he formally founded AZJ Notary Public & Immigration Services, offering accessible, ethical, and responsible immigration and notary services.
During the 2024 tax season (for tax year 2023), he expanded his services to include tax preparation, recognizing the community’s need for trustworthy assistance in that area as well. This natural growth led to the creation of a stronger business structure, and in August 2025, the company officially became AZJ Professional Group, serving as the parent organization for two specialized subsidiaries:
- AZJ Immigration Solutions LLC, focused exclusively on immigration services.
- AZJ Tax Solutions LLC, focused on tax and accounting services.
Javier’s dedication to education has been a cornerstone of his professional journey. In 2024, he completed his ESL (English as a Second Language) levels and earned certificates in Paralegal Immigration Training and Immigration Practice from a specialized paralegal institute.
He is currently pursuing programs in Legal Studies and Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, expected to be completed in December 2025, as well as the Certified Bookkeeper program, which he will complete in May 2026.
Javier’s story reflects the spirit of AZJ Professional Group: perseverance, growth, and service. From his personal beginnings to the establishment of a group of companies, his vision remains the same—to provide professional, ethical, and accessible services that reflect empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to the immigrant and working community.
